Healing Buddha Day

Doing specific things for our fragile health is a must. We are all just human in the bodily conception, no more - no less. We have to take care of what has been given to us. Drinking water first thing in the morning is a great idea, I hereby ask you to do so! It works for me. Proof: I'm 37 and most people think I'm 18. Just saying. Water, water, water. Wash your face with cold water 7 times. Tested and true.

Daily exercise is also a necessity but it doesn't have to be heavy and serious army training! A simple (but long) walk can also do. Try to go somewhere in Mother Nature to breathe fresh air! Walk around trees and a river, lake, or sea! Yeah, our lungs desperately need our assistance.

Today anything you do for your health counts 100 times. Not a bad chance! Thanks go to the Tibetians for the knowledge!

I write about various topics each time, so don't get surprised by the fast changes! I'm a nomad who tries to survive in the big city jungle, yet her heart is by the lake. I wish I can live in the middle of Mother Nature!

Eat more veggies and fruits from your own country's range, and most importantly: eat and drink ginger in this winter season!

Ayurveda is the best way for me to stay healthy and young. Try it!
