I like today's date - Friday the 13th. It got under our skin that these days are special. I'm one of those who believe in the luck of today. Always on the bright side? Nope. Trying to stay there, yes. Fridays are better than the rest, giving us the triumph of surviving another week. Not that the week has been too bad, it is just the little things that keep us moving forward.
Can hardly believe we are already in the middle of August. What has happened? Who took away the days? Yet, we can do plenty with the rest of it. Each day is a fresh start for me. Never too late to do something. Anything. One has to push herself/himself further. Human life is truly precious, one must not waste it.
Staying true to the real self is hard. Everybody and everything try us. For the better they say but it's extremely heavy at times to understand that. Challenges are there for us but when all you can experience are these tests and obstacles, well, requires a strength you'd never imagine you had.
I hereby encourage all of you to keep walking your path. Not what others tell you to walk. Not what fear tells you to walk. The one you feel deep inside is yours. Faith helps a lot. Not saying that I've never experienced that 'DArk Night of the Soul'. I have and I'm sure I am going to. Yet, never giving in is the key.
