Much Ado About Venice

There's so much going on in Venice. I'm almost jelly to hear the news and not be able to attend. The 79th sounds fun! La Biennale di Venezia has so many of my favorite filmmakers: fellow 84-girl - Olivia Wilde, jury president - Julianne Moore, the amazing Marisa Tomei, no time for solo - Phoebe Waller-Bridge, my 'Irish Moon' muse - Colin Farrell, my irreplaceable idol - Sigourney Weaver, the man doll - Adam Driver, the fabulous Cate Blanchett, and the list goes on.

I'd love to go to the screening of 'The Banshees of Inisherin' tonight! Got a ticket and a ride, anyone? Tomorrow for 'The Son'? Come on, people, the 8th of September is my birthday! I'd like to catch a flight or a bus to see 'Blonde'! Not a fan of Ana de Armas but curious about anything made about my all-time favorite icon - Marilyn Monroe. 'Pearl' sounds epic, too.

Italy calls me. I don't know why but I had a feeling I must go there in 2022. We had a September plan for Florence with one of my girlfriends, but she had to go alone because my Dad had died. Life sucks. I'm still in some kind of an emotional coma.

Hopes and dreams kick us forward. Goals and plans. Human life is full of mysteries. Why do we do things? What's the most precious to us? Feel free to comment yours!
