Do you know the ingredients of your skin products? I had to google the components of my foundations which I use only on special occasions. I think every woman should do the same. It's going to blow your minds! When you search for the risks it says no data, which itself should be a warning! My daily routine saved my skin so far, including 100% cold water, 100% rose water, 100% aloe vera, and 100% Mother Nature (sun, wind, rain, snow, earth).

I'm not writing down the brand of the two foundations I used because I'm not ready to be the next defamation trial star, but most definitely tell you the ingredients you have to avoid. Right after 'aqua/water' comes a long list of unmemorizable names like: 

'Cyclopentasiloxane' is simply a silicone carrier that is added to many other cosmetic products, and 'has no known side effects' but 'it may cause aggregate exposure'; (further notes here: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/cyclopentasiloxane#environmental-impact )

'Butylene Glycol' contains two OH /ALCOHOL/ groups attached to 4 carbon atoms, and it's a humectant moisturizer; (further notes here: https://labmuffin.com/what-are-propylene-and-butylene-glycol-and-are-they-safe/ )

'Cyclohexasiloxane' is a cyclic silicone-based polymer with low risks and low hazard scores, yet you must read the understanding of these scorings: https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredients/701736-CYCLOHEXASILOXANE/ ;

'BIS-PEG/PPG-14/14 Dimethicone' or 'PEG-10 Dimethicone': silicone-based emulsifier;

'Sodium Chloride' is basically NaCl aka salt, its effects are the very same;

'MICA' is a silicate mineral, effects may vary;

'Caprylyl Glycol' is alcohol derived from caprylic acid;

'Disteardimonium Hectorite' is a modified clay compound (carbon chains of 18 carbon included);

'Boron Nitride' is B4N which is a heat and chemical resistant crystalline compound (boron and NITROGEN);

'SODIUM POTASSIUM ALUMINIUM SILICATE' Do your research on it! It's also a food additive that can aggravate intolerances! It can affect your digestive tract! Better not use it, never consume it!

'Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate' is an antioxidant molecule that helps products stay nice longer, it's a stabilizer, not for you - for the product!

'Aluminium Hydroxide' is an inorganic salt used as an antacid;

'Benzyl Alcohol' is aromatic alcohol that may be slightly toxic by ingestion;

'LINALOOL' is fragrant alcohol! Seems natural, yet alcohol does no good to the skin at all.

Other ingredients are in them such as Silica, Parfum/Fragrance, Limonene, Citronellol, various IRON OXIDES, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, Magnesium Sulfate, Butylparaben, Isobutane, Alcohol Denat., etc.

Honestly, I got shocked by what I was applying to my facial area for decades. I need a break. No wonder why acne didn't go away. This day is the rebirth of my skincare!

What you all can do RIGHT NOW is stop using what does no good to your precious skin! Everybody can afford cold water in the morning, that's my number 1 beauty routine. Rose water and aloe vera can be a thing but if you want to stay healthy and young, you can do your research!
