Hydrated Encounter

Freaky Fridays are back, I guess. Never thought of this pandemic as the parent of the fakers - scammers of Instagram /or any other social media platform/ who will constantly try to prank us with a very poor act of someone famous we might happen to follow. I want to clear my way of the picture on this. The reason I follow somebody who is in my industry is out of pure admiration and the show of my intention to work with them in the near future. I believe this is perfectly understandable. One tries what one can to get behind the scenes and start a collaboration with whoever is willing or interested in return.

I warn all of you NEVER TO DONATE any amount of money to a scammer. There is a reason for those 'verified accounts' on Instagram. Please be extra careful and never be afraid to ask questions to anybody and everybody! Block that person before they can do any harm to you.

Back to the cheerful parts: weekends are called like that for a reason. It's the whole week behind us, time to rest - create - celebrate - enjoy the silence. How can we do that? A little inner journey has never ever hurt anyone. Meditation, yoga, walking in the park /or just on the streets, or in the forest/, singing your lungs out, laughing your head off, etc. The list is endless.

Saturdays are the best because the sword of Damocles is not hanging above our heads. /poor Sundays get the honor/

Let's do our best to stay healthy and happy, especially in the middle of chaos! Strengthening your immune system is a must but not just with vitamins and ginger! A bear hug, a burst of laughter from the belly, a healthy vegetarian meal with the family, warm cocoa or a decaf coffee, a soft cheesecake, a fluffy rescued doggie, this list has no limits too!

I highly recommend you to surround yourselves with those who can lift you up with just their presence! If their words are encouraging, even the better!

your ever cheerful soul buddy,

Kata The Writer Nomad
