One of my Mother's cats left this world yesterday. She was rescued by me in a village /Szilvásvárad/ where she was on a tree shouting weak 'meows' and a huge dog was about to eat her surely whenever she comes down. She was a cute little redhead, a true wildcat. She lived quite a long, more than 20 years with us. /not sure of her birth date since she was rescued/ Vörike was her name because that means redhead in an endearing word.
Today it is going to be my duty to kind of conduct her passing. The ceremony is going to be very simple, mostly a spiritual guidance for her and to thank God she can now go on to the next adventure. This is how her circle of this life can end.
Freedom awaits Vörike and all of us. Death is not something to be afraid of. As I believe it is the gate to real freedom. This life is only a playground. At some certain point, we all get enough of it.
The soul food of today is to prepare yourselves for true freedom after this life. Death is coming for all of us and nobody knows when her/his time is up. Karma is a bitch, indeed. Better not fuel her with negative acts, words, thoughts. Be wise, clear your vision!
Let this holy month be a cleansing of things, thoughts, words, and actions!
