Presidential Medals of Freedom

I've been using the word 'presidential' a lot in my scripts and notes recently. The sound and meaning of it are both interesting to me. When I read the news, I often get amused by how many useless things we do. Waste of precious time, indeed. No wonder why Denzel Washington had better things to do. Freedom is a beloved word, but what it truly is can hardly be put into a medal. Nor into words.

Bathing God in a sweet form (or better say in 4 sweet forms) was my program yesterday. We gathered outside the temple, sang for a few hours, then bath the Murtis. I love the way they smile. I enjoyed most of the event, yet I felt a little lonely. None of my friends were there to hang out with. I could focus on the 'right here, right now' and it mattered to Jagannatha, Baladeva, and Subhadra. The portion of bathing water was enough, I just didn't like the rush of going there in a line. It was a huge deal for me - this was my first bathing ceremony. I wanted to perform it better but I know Balarama enjoyed my final shower on him pretty much.

I'm tired of hearing these American actresses complaining about their so abusive relationships. I've got one line to share with these women: 'YOU CAN MOVE. YOU ARE NOT A TREE.' That sums it up. They are not the sharpest knives in the drawer, that's for sure. We all know it's just bullshit when they say how 'dark & complicated' it was. Woman, you stayed there for a reason. Don't lie, you had your own benefit, escape, craving for sex, or financial sh*t (aka gold digger). Just please admit it! Face your own darkness, don't blame it on the man only! You were part of the problem. Period.

your soul,

Kata
