Mantra meditation makes you more robust against the negativity around you or inside you. Mantras can wipe out negative energies. All you have to do is take the time, have the focus, and say out loud the mantras you need. Sanskrit is a wonderful language. Indians have all the gifts from God, and we all can use them in our daily life. We have to embrace the cleansing power of the Sanskrit mantras. I did and my life has changed big time for the better, of course.
Music is one of the keys to the human heart. I think we all should try to sing or play some instrument, to create music. That's the language we all understand. I admire those who have the real talent to take us higher. Songs that can uplift the spirit, lyrics that can speak right to the soul. I believe being a musician is one of the greatest gifts.
Om Namah Shivaya
Out of the 4 Vedas, it comes from the Yajur Veda. This is the invocation/greeting mantra to Lord Shiva. This helps any soul to start their self-realization. It has one of the greatest cleansing power. Higher thinking starts with this mantra, just like facing yourself. I like being in its chill mode.
Mantras and music truly have magical powers on everybody. We are souls inside a material body. We don't have a soul, we have a body. The sooner we live our life consciously about this fact we are going to meet our destiny and enjoy being here. It's not our final destination but a station. We have to be wise about picking our company. It matters a lot with whom we spend most of our time.
My life is at one of those points where something new is coming. Something great is on its way. God controls the timing. Faith is all I have.
