Nasty words to start with. Who can be ideal? Who can become ideal? Is there a chance for these teenagers nowadays to once become a gentleman or a lady? Is there anyone out there to teach them? Is there anyone left? I see these poor kids, born after 2000, and I truly feel sorry for them. Each and every one of them. What do they experience? Divorces, non-stop quarrels, abuse, gang fights, addictions, lies, adults around them without any goal, everything is happening online, the dumber the cooler, etc. We had our struggles too, yet we saw some better examples. We had smarter grandparents, good teachers, we had our dirty playground, we went out for fresh air daily, we had no mobile/laptop/ifuck/whatever tools they are having nowadays. When we liked someone we wrote a real letter or we had to go to them, face to face. Our parents talked to us, disciplined us, encouraged us, fought with us, and made us stronger and smarter. We had to work hard for every small victory. We learned through the real deal called life. Real-life. We were not raised in a bubble, nor thrown out to feed the dogs. It was a rough ride but at least a move.
Ideal means to me that you have met life. You have been there and done that, yet you are still out here working for the change. Faith starts with that. Warriors can't stop. We can't give up. We can get tired but we can't let ignorance and darkness win over knowledge and light. As simple as that.
On the other hand, if you are trying to become ideal - don't do that! It won't happen. Wanting too hard is a sealed failure. What I suggest is to be true to yourself! That is just as good as being ideal. Act like you mean it! Say what you think and act how you promised! Even better if you just do it without the promising part. Actions speak louder, remember?
An ideal human being walks tall because she/he has faith in God. Not fanatical, just realistic. Nowadays there is no better insurance than faith in God, love for God.
