A simple life is a phrase many people often use without being truly aware of its deep meaning. It means you manage your human existence with less. But less of what? Is it really less, or is it even more?
What do you want from your human life? What makes you move forward?
I believe in God which is no secret. Never was. Been lucky enough to be raised by faith. Not going to say that I've never had my 'Dark Night of the Soul'. I had. But there has always been a stronger dawn coming.
Simple life means to me that I keep my faith strong. Not blindly, not like a droid. I have questions, I went through the dark and twisted, yet I've always knew God exists. Challenges and trials. Losses and triumphs. A human being has both the happy and the sad times.
Health is a true gift from God but you have to be willing to keep it. Many of us don't understand that its our job to keep the body - our material vehicle - healthy. By any means possible, affordable, manageable.
Living in the NOW is also a task to everyone out there. The past is the past - can learn from it but should not lament on it for too long -, the future is the future - can never know for sure what is about to happen.
