True Fearlessness

True fearlessness - what does it mean? What do we fear the most, anyway? I think death has some powers over the material minded. Because we have no conscious experience from the 'afterlife'. Those who have faith - have no fear. /Or much less fear, if you are still facing some doubts about that./

Human life is short. We can never know how long this ride is but most definitely shorter than what we want. So how can we prepare? What needs to be done before the curtains fall down?

I have simple answers to that. This whole Covid-19 pandemic has taught us the hard way how our lives can be in great danger anytime. We honestly have no idea of the variety of material diseases, mental and physical illnesses, bad intentions of other human beings. That's a fact. So, what can be done? How can we turn the tides for ourselves? I believe the only solution is trust. Having faith in God's plan for us, and doing the right thing while rumbling here.

Not so easy to do, I am aware. People constantly try us, situations make it even harder to react patiently, our great plans collapse in front of our eyes, all we can hear is bad news, both the present moment and the future seems hopeless. It's only our mind. Better make it our friend, or else we are going to be in even greater danger.

True fearlessness to me is pure faith in God. It doesn't mean you are not going to have a bad day anymore, no. You are going to fall again. But the strength is also going to be there to stand back up and walk again. This is what faith is. And eventually, there will be no falling down.

your cheerful friend,
