Snow on Earth Day and much more

April used to be the blooming of the season called Spring, right? I am officially starting to worry. Not to joke it off, this is a very serious topic which most people try not to see clearly. The whole world has changed and it was not an 'in one day' process. Sadly, we all saw it coming, yet what we did was far away from enough. Too late? I don't believe in that phrase. Never too late. When you wake up, start doing all that you can - this is what matters.

Mother Earth has her limitations on supporting and nurturing us, especially when we don't really give a flying f*ck about her needs. Not saying that the pandemic ain't slapping us back badly enough but we are still looking like not getting the whole situation here. The picture is pretty clear though. Human life goes along with responsibilities. We got the consciousness (or at least the chance is there wide open for everyone) to take good care of the rest around us, animals and nature too. What we do with that consciousness matters.

I can remember the days when we stopped heating after March has begun. Now it's the 22nd of April and the heater is on, my friends. The last winter was hot like summer and early autumn, now it's turning cold like late autumn. The poor trees and flowers did start to bloom, yet they can not get the full service when ice is falling down. Sweet Sun is doing his best to help them out.

Are you volunteering in any environmental movement like people back in 1970? Does any of it truly get to you and make you change anything in your daily life like recycling? Just a friendly reminder - you should.

Yes, I have ideas where to start and what to do even if you are in quarantine or living alone or being poor or whatever the reason why you are trying to call it off.

My list: plant! Even if it's just herbs, you can plant easily, anything you like! The second is going in pair with it: start a compost! Anything green can go in it like veggie and fruit leftovers/peels/etc. You can dig or buy the amount and type of earth you may need to create your tiny garden. Educate yourself on the topics you are interested in or feel you can do something about!

Earth Day does have an impact on our lives! Climate change and global warming are important facts we all should be clear about. We need clean air and clean water to dream on aka stay alive so we better start acting like we care! Stand up for what has to be done!

The truth always sounds inconvenient if your knowledge and willpower are having holes in them. Is that right to leave it all to teenagers to solve it and speak up? Don't any government nor industry feel shame for letting them do a grown-ass man's job?!

Time waits for no one. What already has begun - won't turn back and stay domesticated. Save what is left and do what still can be done because there is plenty!

I can not even begin the list of living beings and parts of Mother Nature that are in great danger and in need of urgent help. There are people out there, experts, who work with these issues daily, so hereby I encourage you all to start reading - hearing - FOLLOWING them!

I am not just worried but devastated about our waters. We are running out of water, literally. Rivers, lakes, seas, oceans - they are still here but in what condition and for how long?

Human survival gets people shaken but why wait until that's going to be the touchable, daily issue? You can joke about being 100%ly grass-fed but you better start getting the terms. Cut back on the crazy dairy, the beef (or any meat) and all the trash processed 'food'. Cheap is not equal to healthy. Educate yourself on the possibilities! A little change in your life can become a huge difference in the big picture. Just saying.

2021 has just begun.

your friend,
