Dig A Little Deeper

When you are ready to truly know yourself, life, and others - something changes. Welcome that moment with all your heart and mind, because it is the real beginning.

For me, it felt so good to dig a little deeper than I usually did. I faced my false ego and the fears it created. Human life is now so much more than it used to be. Letting go of the past and the future is one of the main keys.

Living in the now is not a fancy phrase. If you can chill for just a moment. No, you don't have to be a yogi to do this. You don't even have to close your eyes to see it. Many of us are unable to stop fully for a really deep breath.

What are the ways to your heart?

What are you excited about?

Who can you turn to on a day of blues?

Anybody who is seeking answers is my companion, my fellow wanderer around this human life. Taking care of other living beings is part of the deal as some kind of service. We came down here because we wanted to enjoy life. But we can't enjoy it when many others are suffering.

I wrote on some of my Instagram posts: "All Life Matters" because I feel strongly for all living entities. I care for the plants, the rocks, the bugs, the animals (that is why I became vegetarian then vegan), and for all the humans.

Being this kind of sensitive makes you the most powerful. You don't have to show off nor to pretend. It shines through. You can't talk about love when you have categories inside your head or heart. Love is love. There is no difference or there is no love.

You all have blessings in your short lives, so I am asking you to count them and try to be one for others. That is a great start.
